BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday,
February 10, 1987, at 7:30 P. M. to consider an application to
ABANDON a road right-of-way submitted by Moyle, Flanigan, Katz, FitzGerald
& Sheehan, P.A., agent for Quantum Associates, on the parcel of land
more particularly described as follows:

Northwest One Quarter (NW!> of Section 16, Township 45
South, Range 43 East, Palm Beach County, Florida, LESS the
right-of-way for NW 22nd Avenue.
TOGETHER with that part of said Southwest One Quarter (SW!>
