Pursuant to our November 23rd pre-applIcatIOn meetmg, attached are 12 sets of the
"Shoppes ofWoolbnght P C.D " Master Plan revIsed to reflect the addItion of a proposed Tool
Rental Area and PIck-Up canopy at the eXIstmg Home Depot Store.
ThIS proposal requests the addItion of a 2,093 s.f. roofed addItIOn to the west facade and a
696 s.f. fenced outdoor storage area adjacent to the addItion.
The proposal adds 2,789 s.f. of retail square footage to the Home Depot store, and
removes the same amount of square footage from the "Future Retail" shown m front of the new
"Expo DeSIgn Center Store", so the total square footage ofretaIl/commerclal on the SIte remams
at 313,786 s.f. ReqUIred parkmg IS 1,520 spaces. ProVIded parkmg IS 1,587 spaces, down from
1,614 reqUIred spaces.
The proposed tool center addItion IS deSIgned to match the eXIstmg bUIldmg. Customer
pIck-up and drop-off wIll remam as eXIsts m the front of the store The rental center WIll be
accessed by customers from wIthm the eXIstmg store No sIgnage changes are proposed.
EXIstmg palms at the front of the store are proposed to be relocated to the W oolbnght
Road frontage. ThIS relocatIOn wIll allow eaSIer customer access to the store's entnes and
prOVIde addItional screemng of the bUIldmg's rooflme from Woolbnght Road.
