B These special conditiOns were the result of the constructiOn ofI-95 and not the apphcant. C Grantmg thiS vanance Will allow us the same abihty to construct houses on our lot hke other home m the area, which were not affected by the 1-95 constructiOn. D Enforcmg the 25' front and rear setback would msufficient depth (10 to 20 feet) to build a house E The vanance requested IS the reasonable minimUm reqUired to build our 2 houses on the 3 lots. F The grantmg of thiS vanance will improve the neighborhood, Increase the tax base and provIde homes for 2 famihes who would otherwise not be able to buy a smgle famtly residence.
