All utilities will be underground and canopy trees will be planted outside of easements for their root SYstems. An HRS permit for water and sewer will be obtained. Fire flow calculations will be submitted with HRS submittal that will meet or exceed city code minimum requirements. The capacitv reservations fee will be paid upon final determina:ion of fee.
