Dear Mr Rumpf
This letter is being written to inform the City of Boynton
Beach that the following landscape changes are being made to
the Ridgeway Plumbing, Inc Warehouse/Office addition at 640
E Industrial Ave in Boynton Beach, FL They are as
follows
1) Added 7,500 square feet of additional sod and irrigation
system on the outside of the west property line The reason
this area was sodded was to provide a better appearance of
the Ridgeway property
2) Change hedge material from Wax Myrtle to Cocoplum
3) Added Cocoplum along the existing south property line
since no hedge existed along this edge Removed Live Oak
trees along this property line
4) Added six Coconut Palms along the west side of the new and
existing office building
5) Change sod material from Floritan to Bahia
6) The trees on either side of the existing south driveway
were changed from Live Oak to Mahogney.
7) Added Live Oak on the East side of the Dumpster
