RE: Publix Storage
Please be advised that the engineers for this development in PID should
present calculations to the City Utility Department and Fire Department
showing their fire flow calculations as related to water available and
the size of the proposed 10" line which will serve this development
The engineers should recognize that this line, in addition to serving
domestic and fire flow to Publix, must also be able to serve fire and
domestic flow to all of the smaller parcels around this loop road,
which will also be dependent on this line
It is entirely possible that Publix may be required to put in an
auxiliary and/or separate sorce of water for fire protection
If you wish to discuss this matter further, please advise

Master Plan Modification No 2
Please be advised of the following master plan comments in connection
with the above-referenced request
I The local street on the west side of High Ridge Road south of
NW 22nd Avenue within the Park of Commerce is essentially fixed
in location as a result of a stipulation placed on the approval of
the PCD Center that the southern driveway is to align with the
street in question to form a proper intersection alignment The
proposed master plan modification places this street south of its
present location and does not allow for a proper intersection
alignment
2 The local street which terminates in a cul-de-sac in the
southeastern corner of the PID adjacent to the Kurt Joa facility
on the approved master plan has been modified on the proposed master
plan More specifically, the cul-de-sac has been deleted The
subdivision regulations require cul-de-sacs for dead-end streets
3 In accordance with Master Plan requirements and recently stated
policy by the Planning and Zoning Board (with particular reference
to the BBPOC and High Ridge Center), the applicant should be re-
quired to designate the required buffer/greenbelt on the master
plan
