The proposed re-routing of the Quantum Community Development District facilities within the utility and drainage easement between Lots 32 and 33 are shown on the proposed construction drawings. The Quantum Community Development District has no objectIon to the re-routing of the pipe, the abandonment of the utility and drainage easement as necessary for the construction of Building No.3, and the re-routing of the drainage pipeline. Prior to the abandonment of the drainage portion of the easement, will be required to provide a 20- foot wide drainage easement centered on the proposed alignment of the new pIpeline as shown on the construction drawings. ThIs dramage easement must be fully executed and recorded prior to the City Council approval ofthe abandonment. In addition the Quantwn Community Development District Construction Permit must be issued prior to the City Council approval of the Abandonment PetitIOn.
