The followmg Items need to be addressed dunng the bUlldmg permit process: a. Correct the "Parkmg TabulatIOn" data block to reflect the new 495 total parking space count. b Revise the handICapped sign detaIl to meet the 18" (inch) sign width shown on City drawmg # B- 90012 c Provide a dimensIOn for the Width of the landscaped portIOn of the parkmg lot Island located north of Building I, which was Widened to accommodate a Sidewalk. d. The bUlldmg square footage shown on the mmor modification submittal plans (265,099 square feet) does not match the control plan (265,618 square feet) Provide correction or clarificatIOn. This project may contmue to be processed by the Buildmg Division as a permit applIcation. Be advised that the proposed change may reqUIre a modification to the bUlldmg permit. Those Items are cIrcled m red on one of the origmal submItted sets. The changes are as follows a. The Width of one parkmg lot Islands was mcreased to accommodate a SIdewalk to the nght of way at the north end of the sIte. The Island should be dImensIOned to assure accordance wIth CIty drawmg # B-90012 (Min. 5' landscape Island excludmg curbmg) bOne parkmg space was removed due to the location of an FPL transformer as stated m the apphcants letter of mtent dated Apnl 25, 2000 ThIS reduced the overall parkmg count by one space The total parkmg count was reduced from 496 to 495 spaces. The sIte data however was not updated. The correct number IS shown m the Tenant Improvement Data Table but was not transcribed to the Parkmg TabulatIOn text block. c Three of the bUIldmg square footage numbers changed, as dId the bUIldmg dImensIOns. Approved plans show a total bUIldmg area of265,618 square feet. The proposed plan total IS 265,099 square feet. No bUIldmg elevatIOns were submItted reflectmg the change m bUIldmg dImenSIOns. d. The handIcapped SIgn detail must be revIsed to match the CIty drawmg # B-900 12 reqUIrements of an 18"(inch) sign WIdth. In general all of the plan vanatIOns hsted above are mmor and have been achIeved WIthout sIgmficant change to the major elements of the approved SIte plan.
