TYPE AND LOCATION OF DEVELOPMENT
The subject site is proposed to be developed as a small industnal facility for the storage and wholesale
sales of granite and marble. The proposed building will total 20,368 square feet, of which 4833 sf
will comprise wholesale showroom and office space, and the remaining 15,535 sf will compnse
indoor and outdoor (under canopy) storage ofthe stone matenals.
The site lS located on Lot 50A of the Quantum Corporate Park. Said parcellS situated in the City of
Boynton Beach, m southern Palm Beach County, Florida. The project is proposed to have two access
dnveways wlnch will front on the South side of Park RIdge Boulevard, a local street within the
Quantum Corporate Park.
