IdentIfy the floor elevation that the design professional has established for the building within the footprint of the buildmg that IS shown on the drawings tItled SIte plan, floor plan and paVIng/drainage (CIvil plans). 18 As reqUIred by Chapter 4, Section 7 of the Land Development RegulatIons, X submit a floor plan drawing. The buildmg plans are not bemg reviewed for compliance with the apphcable building codes. Therefore, add the words Floor plan layout is conceptual" below the drawing titled Floor Plan found on sheet(s)_ However, add to the floor plan drawing a labeled symbol that Identifies the location of the handicap accessible entrance doors to the buildmg.
