I am the Chairman of the Code Enforcement Board and we have let very few
homeowners put seed down and if they do, they are back before the Board
looking for more time because the seed did not take
This development is almost completed and the builder is trying to leave as soon
as possible, but cannot until all of his inspections are done, because Don
Johnson is holding three Co's Our Board has had many builders come before it
and not one has ever said they were going to seed an area instead of putting
grass down
I hope that when Prime Investors/Citrus Park Developers asks the City to amend
the original plan that it will be denied because the homeowners will have to
come up with $20,000 to sod that area if the seed does not grow
I would be happy to speak to you on this matter at your availability
