069 The items have been addressed in the same order as they were presented
1 The pavement arrows and post sign have been modified on Sheets 3 and 4
2 The detail sheet, site plan and paving plan have been modified to reflect the
wheel stops at the end of the parking stall
3 The blue background reference has been removed from this detail
4 Section F-F has been added to the plan as well as pavement elevations, which
confirm compliance with handicap accessible slopes
5 The 12" minimum subgrade has been noted on all details
6 The arrows for Section C-C have now been replaced on the plan
7 Section B-B has been modified to reflect a perimeter berm
8 The "Do Not Enter" sign has been replaced with a "One Way" arrow sign on
Sheets 3 and 4
9 A "D curb detail has been added to Sheet 5 and the "extruded" reference has
been deleted Note 7 of the site plan has been modified to better represent the
curb configuration

10 The finished surface material is optional Specifications for both concrete
pavement and asphalt pavement are shown as options on the plan, at the
request of the applicant.
11 The plan and detail views of the handicap aisles have been revised to reflect this
striping detail
12 We believe that the current configuration is satisfactory for the volume of traffic
that is intended The revision that would be required to the architectural and
structural plans would be considerable at this late stage
We trust that this satisfactorily addresses the stated concerns A timely review of this
material would be greatly appreciated, as the applicant is anxious to begin work.
Do not hesitate to call this office if you have any questions
Sincerely,

Administrative Site Plan Amendment
Dear Mr Rumpf'
-"
Please accept this letter as our fo~mal request for an Administrative Site Plan Amendment
for the above referenced project located in Quantum Corporate Park PID Listed below are
the items, which we are asking to amend from the Approved Site and Landscape dated
August 24, 1999'
· Re-configur~tion of traffic oirculation and parking layout. B6th entrances to the site have
been shifted to align with the exi~ting median cut in Quantum Boulevard. About half of
the parking WaS re-configured to reflect this alignment. As a result of this, we have
.
r.educed the amount of "Dead-end Parking" which assists in traffic circulation throughout
the site
· We have incorporated some stabilized grass park, ing areas into the site plan This was
done in accordance to the City's Zoning Code under "Provision of Off-Street Parking
Spaces," H-6, page 61 This allows a site to provide up to half (50%) of their parking
spaces to be grassed. when 80% or more of their parking demand falls within a 24-hour
period (See attached Il(tter) Of the 65 spaces that are being proposed, 32 (49%) will be
stabilized grass parking and will' conform to the City's design requirements for grass
k. I
par Ing areas.
Please find attached three sets of the revised Site, Landscape and ~reliminary Engineering
Plans and correspondence along with a check for $10000 for the application fee
