Site plan approval is contingent upon approval
abandonment requests for Citrus Glen Drive and
Avenue. Appendix C, Article X, Section l5B

solely within the Executive Estates plat, which is
controlled by a separate association Since there is not a
master association planned for the entire planned unit
{ development, a maintenance association agreement shall be
filed and subject to the approval of the city attorney, that
states how said common facilities will be operated and
maintained. Appendix B, Section llD.

As per our discussion at the Technical Review Board Meeting of 5 September 89,
I am requestinq the following
1. 'rhat Citrus Glenn Drive not be abandoned (]?,ublic Safety).
2 If Citrus Glenn Drive is abandoned, the security gates
meet the followina criteria ·
a) Gates be opened by a telephone call from central dispatch
b) Gates open automatically in case of a power failure
c) Citrus Gelnn developuent and Horne Owners Association
agree to a Hold Harmless agreezrent that relieves the
City from liability due to damage to gate and holds
them responsible for damage to city equipuent.
