I hereby request your reVIew of the above referenced project for rrunor modifications.
The eXIsting 1 story 4670 square foot medical building has a covered 138 square foot
porch that we would like to enclose to proVide additional seatmg for the waltmg room.
As the elevations show we propose to enclose the buildmg m a manner consistent With
the eXisting archItecture to create the ImpressIOn that the enclosure was always present.
The eXIstIng parkmg IS suffiCIent for tlns addition, and supplemental parkmg IS proVided
across 23rd street where 12 spaces are deSIgnated for use by 2401 S Seacrest Boulevard.
I have had the opportumty to review tlns matter With Lusla Galav and Jose Alfaro from
your office, and am mcludIng 4 sets of plans and the reqwred $100 00 fee.
