v Develop a grassed swale section along N E 4th Ave and the 20' alley in conformance
with city standard dwg B-98002*
Show FOOT "0" curb along the perimeter of the parking lot and transition to header
curb at the driveway
Add a stop sign and bar at the egress driveway for exiting traffic The driveway may be
reduced to a minimum width of 24'
The dumpster pad may be removed and replaced with an additional parking space if
desired Garbage will be picked up in city provided storage carts
Submit a copy of the site plan to the utility department so that all water and sewer lines
can be identified includ ing any easements Call 742- 6416 for information

the requested improvements the plans and documents shall be amended to show

Show FOOT "0" curb along the perimeter of the parking lot and transition to header
curb at the driveway
Add a stop sign and bar at the egress driveway for exiting traffic. The driveway may be
reduced to a minimum width of 24'
The dumpster pad may be removed and replaced with an additional parking space if
desired Garbage will be picked up in city provided storage carts
Submit a copy of the site plan to the utility department so that all water and sewer lines
