Please review the plans and exhibits and transmit formal written comments to Blythe Williamson no later than 5:00 P.M. on Mav 19. 2000 (10 days from plan distribution date). When preparing your comments, please separate them into two categories, code deficiencies with code sections referenced and recommendations that you believe will enhance the project. Adhering to the following review guidelines will promote a comprehensive review and enable the applicant to efficiently obtain Technical Review Committee approval 1 Use the review standards specified in Part IV, Land Development Regulations, Site Plan Review and the applicable code sections of the Code of Ordinances to review and formulate comments 2.
