TO EXECUTE A DISCLAIM:ER, WHICH SHALL BE

BEACH COUNTY, AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, Mark M. Hansen of Olen ReSIdentIal Realty CorporatIon, agent for
Villas of Quantum Lake Corporation, a Flonda LImIted Partnerslup, has requested the
abandonment a 12 foot dramage easement lymg between lots 59 and 60, Quantum Park at
Boynton Beach P.I.D, Plat No 6 as recorded m Plat Book 57, Page 191, PublIc Records

WHEREAS, comments have been solICIted from the appropnate CIty
Departments, and publIc heanngs have been held before the CIty'S Plannmg and
Development Board and the CIty CommISSIon on the proposed abandonment; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT
Section 1. The CIty CommISSIon of the CIty of Boynton Beach, Flonda by
and through Its CIty CommISSIon, does hereby abandon a 12 foot dramage easement lymg
between lots 59 and 60, Quantum Park at Boynton Beach P.LD., Plat No 6 as recorded m
Plat Book 57, Page 191, PublIc Records of Palm Beach County, Flonda and more
partIcularly described herem as composite ExhibIt "A", subject to the recordmg of the
new (relocated) easement, a copy of wluch IS attached hereto as composIte ExhibIt "B",
and all other staff comments.
SectIon 2. The Mayor and CIty Clerk are hereby authonzed and dIrected to
execute and delIver the attached DisclaImer and cause the same to be filed m the Pubhc
Records of Palm Beach County, Flonda.
