Access to the site will be one (1) driveway connection to Gateway Boulevard The proposed project is estimated to generate 712 daily trips, 168 AM peak hour trips and 67 PM peak hour trips as shown on Attachment 1 Driveway volumes are provided on Attachment 2 The Quantum Park DRI is an approved project, and is considered a Previous Approval under Article 15, Traffic Performance Standards, of the Palm Beach County Unified Land Development Code (ULDC) The proposed land use and intensity are within the limits of the original approval of the Quantum Park DRI, as shown on Attachment 3, therefore, the proposed project is not subject to the Traffic Performance Standards.
