approvals mcludmg 1) a waIver of 15 feet to allow reductIon m the penpheral buffer from
25 feet to 10 feet for Quantum Lot 89-B, 2) waIver of28 feet to allow the reductlOn m the
penpheral buffer from 40 feet to 12 feet along the western boundary of Quantum Park
Lots 83 and 87, and 3) a waIver of 17 feet to allow reductIon m the mImmum dIstance
between bUIldmgs from 25 feet to eIght (8) feet. The CIty CommISSIon approved these
requests at the board meetmg on February 4,2003
