minor site plan modification for the United Way building As I review the
plans, I have some issues They are as follows
1 Has the project received approval from the Quantum Park Architectural
Review Committee?
2 Provide a sample of the proposed awning
3 Provide an updated elevation (front) showing the awning, including
dimensions (height) and color
4 What deficiencies are "corrected" regarding the site drainage problems?
I gave a copy of the plans to Laurinda Logan at the Engineering Division for
her consideration

I have reviewed the above referenced Site Plan, forwarded to me on 3/13/02, against the
requirements outlined in the City of Boynton Beach Code of Ordinances (available on-line at
www.cLboynton-beach.f1.us) Following are my comments with the appropriate Code and Land
Development Regulations (LDR) referenced
1 The plans do not provide adequate information to determine the extent of the drainage
improvements required or how improvement is to be accomplished Please provide this
information for review
2 Sheet A-1 indicates, by note, that the perimeter of the building is to be re-graded as required,
and that the existing patios are to be repaired This work will be done with the dedicated
Tract "H" easement. How will grading affect Tract "H" and what revisions will be required to
the existing permits?
Please let me know if you need additional information regarding this proposed modification
