the sIte IS entuely WIthIn a landscape buffer and does not Impact the overall

Any portion of the easement on the commercIal SIde would be processed In

Dear Lusia,
Please fwd enclosed drawing of the Quantum Lane cul-de-sac super-imposed over the approved
master plan for the project (see overall drawing); Quantum Lane is in Quantum Commumty Development
District ownership (QCDD) , As illustrated, we are proposing to vacate the existing utility easement
around the cul-de-sac and leave the existing right-of-way in place. The paved roadway will continue into
the project and be permitted through the QCDD Access to the sand pine preserve will be provided by a
stabilized subgrade.
The uses within the cul-de-sac right of way (paver bnck sidewa1~ landscaping, entry columns
and compactor enclosure) will be by use agreement with the district. Indemnification and hold harmless
clauses will be conditions of the penmt. Please revIew the enclosed and feel free to call me if you have
questions or comments regarding the proposed.
