The paved roadway will continue into the project and be permitted through the QCDD Access to the sand pine preserve will be provided by a stabilized subgrade. The uses within the cul-de-sac right of way (paver bnck sidewa1~ landscaping, entry columns and compactor enclosure) will be by use agreement with the district.
