proposed to the above-referenced, approved site plan, please be Informed that the site reVlSlons as
sho\VTI on the reVIsed plans date stamped 04/10/02 are "mInor", as defined WIthIn the Land
Development RegulatIOns, Chapter 4- SIte Plan ReVIew SIte reVlSlons Include' relocatIng the
play area, deletIng the gazebos, relocatIon of trash compactors and maIntenance buildIng;
redUCIng SIdewalk WIdth to four feet along vacated Quantum Lakes Dnve, deletIng the walkway
along the lake bank and sand pIne preserve; constructIng a retaInIng wall along the sand pIne
preserve; deletIng the north SIde entry wall feature; ShIftIng buildIngs 20, 21, and 22 to aVOId the
lake maIntenance easement and related landscapIng changes.
ThIS project may contInue to be processed by the BuildIng DIVISIOn as a permit applIcatIOn
subject to
1 PublIc Works Department approval for the relocatIOn of the trash compactors.
2 CIty ForesterlEnvlronmentalIst reView and approval of all proposed landscapIng reVISIons.

Minor Site Plan Modification / 272 units and additional 42 units
Dear Lusla.
Please find enclosed four copIes, signed and sealed of the modified Site plan for our Villas at
Quantum Lake proJect. As requested we combmed the ongmal SIte plan for the 272 umts with the
latest approved Site plan for the addltlonal 42 umts. ThIS combmed plan should address all
prevIOusly requested changes and City comments, as well, there are several additional adJustments
mcludmg:
1 Move the play area from Bmldmg 13 to Buildmg 20 /'
2 Add a plcmc settmg adJacent to Buildmg 13 ,/'
3 Delete the gazebos
4 Delete trash compactor #1, adjacent to Buildmg 17, and move the Storage Buildmg from
Buildmg 13 to the area where the compactor was located
5 Move trash compactor #2 from Buildmg 13 to an area along the northern entry dnve, near
Buildmg 14 and adJust the parkmg area accordmgly
A Reduce the Sidewalk Width to 4' along that portIOn of vacated Quantum Lakes Dnve
- 7 Delete the walkway along the lake bank and the sand pme preserve
v.......8 Relocate the handicap parkmg to reduce the handicap ramp grades
9 Include the wall along the sand pme preserve, Buildmgs 6, 8, and 9
tb Delete the curved wall on the north Side of the entry dnve from Quantum Lakes Dnve
