Enclosed is the City of Boynton Beach Development Order for application item SPWV
03-001 this represents approval of a request for waiver from Land Development
Regulations Chapter 2, Section 11 H 1 requiring 2 spaces per unit to allow a 0 25
reduction or 1 75 spaces per unit with an additional 5% of the total spaces This was
approved by the City Commission on June 3, 2003
Rectified site plans including the "Conditions of Approval" must be submitted
to the Building Department orior to, or along with first permit request.
