Dear Ms. Galav'
It is proposed to develop Lots 73A, 73B, 74, 75 & 76 of Quantum Park in the City of Boynton Beach.
The site is located on the east side of High Ridge Road south of the CarMax. Proposed for the site is
a single building with 129,650 SF of warehouse, 32,412 SF of office space and 34,493 SF of retail for
Premier Asset Management. Access to the site will be four (4) driveways connecting to High Ridge
Road
The proposed project is estimated to generate 4,377 daily trips, 219 AM peak hour trips and 470 PM
peak hour trips as shown on Attachment 1 Driveway volumes are provided on Attachment 2
The Quantum Park DRI is an approved project, and is considered a Previous Approval under Article
15, Traffic Performance Standards, of the Palm Beach County Unified Land Development Code
(ULDC) The proposed land use and intensity are within the limits of the original approval of the
Quantum Park DRI, as shown on Attachment 3, therefore, the proposed project is not subject to the
Traffic Performance Standards.
