The followmg IS mtended to describe the proposed scope of work to be done to
the existmg buildmg located at 1375 Gateway Blvd. m Boynton Beach, FL.
As you will note on the drawmgs, there are to be two towers to be built over the
eXIstmg two southern comers of the buildmg. These 10' by 10' towers will be built of
structural steel and attached to the eXIstmg structure They will have a tile roof and a
stucco extenor to match the existmg texture and new colors. The extenor of the buildmg
will receiVe new pamt. Three of the eXIstmg storefront doors will be removed and fixed
glass will be installed m place of them. Of the three doors that are to be removed, two
are on the south SIde of the bUlldmg and one IS on the north SIde The existing slide doors
at the roam entrance will be removed and two storefront swmg doors will be mstalled.
New HV AC units will be mstalled on the roof of the eXIstmg bUlldmg. The eXlstmg
HV AC umts wdl be removed. The canopy at the mam entrance will be removed as well
as the concrete stoops located outsIde the three storefront doors that are being removed.
This completes the scope of work that IS proposed for the extenor of thIS bUlldmg.
Please advise me If you need further informatIOn or explanatIon regarding thIS proposed
renovatIOn.
