Dear Mike,
We are respectfully requesting a height exemption pursuant to Chapter 2, Sec 4, F of the Land
Development Regulations for the watershed project. This exemption will allow us to construct (2)
decorative cupolas to a height of 55'-0" as shown on the approved elevation drawings These 10'
tall cupolas are 7' in diameter with openings on all sides We feel that these decorative elements
will enhance the building design as viewed from the residential community to the south They are
on the rear of the project and will help to break up the 4- story mass of the building Please feel
