I would support a 24 foot width I personally prefer that you not pave the valley gutter
because of appearance and because it will increase the residents future maintenance costs
to do so However if you must do this to satisfy others then so be it

Subject Quantum Lake Villas-42 units
Jeff---As we discussed this morning we are requesting that the bldg
permits be released for the 42 additional units to be constructed on
that portion of the vacated Quantum Lakes Dr (QLD) The one remaining
issue is the backup diminsion for the parking spaces(approved 25' for
this project) The plans indicate 24' because we incorporated half of
the vacated QLD into driveways for
the project The remaining portion of QLD has 24' of asphalt and a 2'
concrete valley gutter The site plan had indicated a waiver reqest for
the 24' but did not get advertised We recently filed for a waiver for
the 24 Since the valley gutter is unnecessary to make the drainage
work for the 42 units we would agree to pave the valley gutter to
achieve the 25' if(for whatever reason) the waiver was not approved
thank you for your help in this matter
