Conversion of two (2) garage spaces per building to bedrooms and associated parking modifications associated therewith (as depicted on the attached drawings) Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 10/14/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions 1 It is understood that those paved areas depicted at eight (8) feet are driveway approaches to the garages and may be of a lesser width than a typical parking space 2.
