In response to your request dated September 8, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Conversion of two (2) garage spaces per building to bedrooms and
associated parking modifications associated therewith (as
depicted on the attached drawings)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/14/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 It is understood that those paved areas depicted at eight (8) feet
are driveway approaches to the garages and may be of a lesser width
than a typical parking space
2. If the scope of the project demands removal of plant material, then
such plant material must be relocated to an area subj ect to
approval of the City Forester

We are respectfully requesting a revision for the approved site plan for the above
referenced project We changed (2) garage spaces per building to bedrooms. The
change in parking was submitted to Lucia Galav on 3/14/03 and was approved at public
hearing on 5/27 (please see attached letters) The current required and projected
parking is 396 Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
