Dear Mr Fike
We are in receipt of your request for a waiver to the Land Development Regulations (LOR), Chapter
23, Article II H 1, dated November 2, 2006 This regulation requires a maximum width of 36-ft.
This development has multiple entrances off of Gateway Blvd to serve the mixed-use and residential
portions of the project. This waiver is for the main entrance into the development and is signalized
Therefore it is reasonable to allow a wider driveway to provide adequate space for the multiple lanes
of traffic and median it is composed of
Subsequently, and as allowed in the Land Development Regulations (LOR), Chapter 23, Article
II H 1, your request is hereby approved

August 21 2003 regular board meetmg of the QCDD YOU presented thIS Item and requested the consent.
After due consIderatIOn the Board voted to gIVe Its conceptual consent for the use of ItS Water Management
Tract Q for a wood deckmg and gazebo as presented m vour general conceptual sIte plan. ThIS conceptual
consent IS condItIOned on the developer meetmg all legal, CIty South Flonda Water Management Dlstnct,

Based on our review, the Traffic Division has delermined that the pFe\'iously approved
project meets the Traffic Performance Standards of Palm Beach County However,
please De aware that the total traffic generation approved for the DRI so far, is fi1 591
new daily trips (wilhout Internalization or pssrby), out of a total 63,737 vested for the
DR!. There seems to be a disa'epancy on the total daily Vips generated by the past
approvals, with what has been presented by 1he traffic consultant
