D.R Horton, Inc. IS requestmg a mmor modification of the Quantum Park Townhomes East
and West SIte plan. The modification will address mmor cosmetIc changes m the three story
buildmg elevations. The elevation changes are described below and are also Inghlighted on
the attached sets of plans.

. Front elevation - Removal of stucco bandmg from structure's penmeter
corners (umts "DR" and "DL") on 2nd story as well as 3m story, mcluding
these same bandings adjacent to the corner-most 2nd story wmdow of these
same urnts. The stucco bandings have been removed from the 3m story
wmdows of umts AL and BR Stucco score lines on all columns have been
omrtted. The rmddle umts described as unrts "AL, BR and CL" are now
deSIgnated as umts "CL, CL, and CR", respectJ.vely These deSIgnations are a
result of"rmrronng" umts "BR" and "CL" from therr ongmal deSIgns, and has
resulted m a shared gable roof and adjommg balcomes separated by a shared
column.
