Dear Mr Bryan.
In response to your request dated September 2, 2003 and revised
plans date stamped October 17,2003 for the administrative review
and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced
approved site plan, depicting the following
. Addition of brick pavers on Lions Gate Boulevard (as depicted on
the attached drawing)
. Addition of entry wall and decorative railing without proposed
signage (as depicted on the attached drawing)
. Addition of wood trellises at the entry (as depicted on the
attached drawing)
. Modification of the orientation and layout of the recreational
building and components (as depicted on the attached drawing)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/17/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 If the scope of the project demands further changes or removal of
plant material, then such modifications are subject to the approval
of the City Forester
2. Any future signage proposed for the site shall be submitted for
review and approval by the City

Dear Eric,
We are providing the attached 4 sets of plans and check for $100 to
request a minor revision to the approved site plan for the subject site The
plans reflect the revised recreation building and recreation component
layout, as well as the placement of the entry monuments which will feature
signage to be approved separately We have included landscape plans
depicting the same changes
The attached also includes complete overall landscape plans which have
been revised and prepared by a new landscape architect Upon your initial
review, please advise whether the alternate landscape plans can be
included in this minor revision, or if they constitute a major revision and
need to be resubmitted separately We will be submitting a major revision
to include the sign plan in the near future
