Addition of brick pavers on Lions Gate Boulevard (as depicted on the attached drawing) . Addition of entry wall and decorative railing without proposed signage (as depicted on the attached drawing) . Addition of wood trellises at the entry (as depicted on the attached drawing) . Modification of the orientation and layout of the recreational building and components (as depicted on the attached drawing) Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 10/17/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions 1 If the scope of the project demands further changes or removal of plant material, then such modifications are subject to the approval of the City Forester 2. Any future signage proposed for the site shall be submitted for review and approval by the City .
