Dear Mr Albertson
In response to your request dated November 14, 2003 and revised
plans date stamped November 14,2003 for the administrative review
and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced
approved site plan, depicting the following
. Elevation modifications involving the addition of a screen
enclosure to the recessed patio on the UB" units of the two
story townhomes only(as depicted on the attached drawing)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/17/03 are Uminor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 Construction of the screen enclosure shall not encroach beyond the
confines of the recessed patio
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
