In response to your request dated October 8, 2003 and revised plans
date stamped October 8,2003 for the administrative review and
approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced
approved site plan, depicting the following
. Revisions to previously approved landscape plans (as depicted on
the attached drawing)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/17/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 The plans shall be reviewed in detail by the City Forester when
submitted for permitting in the Building Division Should
quantities, locations and species vary significantly from the
approved, the City Forester shall inform you as to appropriate
mitigation measures, including the existing lake edge
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

move forward in the permit processes.
With regards to the above referenced matter of the Patksidc at QU311tum Park Landscape
Drawmgs, we understand tbat the Witkin Design Group will now be responsible for the
preparation of a111andscape plans. It is ottr undemandmg that your three comments as referenced
to our drawings will be addressed witrun the new submittal. Those comments being referred to
as follows. 1, Include Irrigation plans as part oftbe submittal. 2, Properly label Grassed open
space area correctly not as a Lake. 3, Safe site triangles will be identified as part of the their
submittal.
