Dear Mr Bryan.
In response to your request dated October 17, 2003 and revised
plans date stamped October 17,2003 for the administrative review
and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced
approved site plan, depicting the following
. Addition of two (2) model sales centers (as depicted on the
attached drawing)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 10/17/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 If the scope of the project demands further changes or removal of
plant material, then such modifications are subject to the approval
of the City Forester
2. Parking for the sales centers shall be improved to City
specifications and landscaped to City specifications
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

RE Parkside @ Quantum Park revision
Dear Mr Breese,
We are providing the attached 4 sets of site plans revised to reflect the
addition of two model sales centers The westerly center utilizes the
permanent parking lot for the recreation center and the eastern center will
install a temporary parking lot In addition customary trap fencing and
temporary walkways are shown Each of these areas has been
highlighted in yellow on the revised plan
As discussed it is our understanding that this will constitute a minor site
plan revision

necessary come in and meet with staff to discuss the revisions Please
