In response to your request dated October 17, 2003 and revised plans date stamped October 17,2003 for the administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following . Addition of two (2) model sales centers (as depicted on the attached drawing) Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan date stamped 10/17/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application, subject to the following conditions 1 If the scope of the project demands further changes or removal of plant material, then such modifications are subject to the approval of the City Forester 2.
