D.R. Horton, Inc IS requestmg a mmor modIficatIon of the Quantum Park T ownhomes East
and West sIte plan. The modIficatIon will address mmor cosmetIc changes m the two story
bUIlding elevatIons and buildmg reconfiguratIons on the SIte plan. The configuratIon of the
bUIldmgs was adjusted due to refinement m calculatIons dunng the plattmg process. There
was no reductIon m the mmImum setbacks as approved by the CIty CommISSIon. Attached IS
a letter from our surveyor attestmg to thIS reconfiguratIon. The elevatIon changes are
described below and are also lughlIghted on the attached sets of plans.

. Front elevation - Removal of stucco bandmg from on I st story, removal of
two portal wmdows on 2nd story, removal ofbandmg on top and bottom of all
wmdows on 2nd story Two decorative medalhons were added to the 2nd story
to replace the removed wmdows. Two porthole wmdows were added to the 1 st
story, smooth stucco band and com were added around all garage doors, and a
foam moldmg was added to the base of all windows.
. Side elevations - Removal of stucco bandmg around wmdows and columns,
and removal of tile and medallion feature between the two 2nd story wmdows.
A small thIrd wmdow was added on the 2nd story to replace the tile feature and
foam moldmg was added to the bottom of all wmdows.
