In response to your request dated September 8, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Substi tution of square windows for previously approved round
windows on the rear elevation of Unit "C" of the two- story
townhomes (as depicted on the attached drawing)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 09/08/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 The substitute square windows shall have a white mullion to provide
the same appearance as the other windows on the same building
elevation
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
