Dear Mr MacDonald.
In response to your request dated September 12, 2003 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Modification of parking layout on the approved site plan to
increase the number of spaces from 239 to 254 (as depicted on
the attached drawing), inorder to provide future flexibility
should the entire flex building be utilized for office space
. Addition of a monument sign for the office/flex building on the
west side of the east entrance off Gateway Boulevard
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 09/12/03 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4- Site Plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 If the scope of the project demands further changes or removal of
plant material, then such modifications are subject to the approval
of the City Forester
2. The building permit plans for the office/flex building north
elevations shall be modified with the removal of the specific
overhead doors and addition of windows (as depicted on the attached
drawing)
3 Any new equipment attached to the building shall be painted to
match the color of the building

4 The proposed new monument slgn shall be designed in accordance with
the approved Quantum Park Sign Program and speclfic graphics and
colors shall be approved by the Quantum ARC prior to submission to
the City for permitting
5 When submitting the monume~t sign permit application, indicate on
the drawings compliance wlth the required ten (10) foot setback
from property line and landscaping around the base of the sign.
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to

Dear Mr Breese
Attached please find two copies of the revised site plan dated 10/23/03 Please
note that we were unable to accommodate the space adjacent to the west
entrance due the location of a fire hydrant in this area The additional space has
been added to the far right hand (eastern boundary) part of the site, adjacent to
the eastern entryway to the site.
My understanding from Lisa Leonard from Creech Engineering is that we need to
submit this updated plan to you for your records.
