administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Modification of the dumpster enclosure and associated
landscaping (as depicted on the attached plan)
. Construction of parking slated for Phase II in Phase I (as
depicted on the attached plan)
. Modification of Landscape Plan per City comments (as depicted on
the attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/17/05 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division
permit application, subject to the following conditions

This letter is to request a minor modification to The Watershed at Quantum Park building
permit (Site Plan #03-2269, Main Building #03-1698). Below is a line item breakdown
detailing the changes for this modification. Accompanying this letter are. a check for the
$100 change fee, a copy of the Tree Movers confirmation of the hurricane damaged
trees, four signed and sealed copies of the site plan and landscape plans, and the plan
review comments for landscaping Please let me know if you have any further
questions.
