Dear Mr Rito
In response to your request dated February 6, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Modifications to the Main Building, including change of certain
arched windows to rectangular with arched stucco band, CMU walls
around the generator and kitchen freezer, and utilization of
awnings on covered walkways (as depicted on the attached plan) i
· Modifications to the Auditorium, including extension of the rear
of the building to contain two (2) additional offices and
utilization of awnings leading to the BBQ pit (as depicted on
the attached plan) i and
. Modification of the Fitness Center, changing certain French
doors at the rear of the building to windows (as depicted on the
attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/09/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division
permit application, subject to the following conditions
