In response to your request dated February 6, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
· Change of single faux circular attic vent to a cluster of four
(as depicted on the attached plan);
· Elimination of the columns for the raised patio (as depicted on
the attached plan) ;
· Addition of a 3 foot high privacy wall (as depicted on the
attached plan) ,
· Elimination of decorative shutters on second floor windows and
decorative pots (as depicted on the attached plan) ;
. Addition of a bracketed, extended roof over the front door and
second floor side bay window (as depicted on the attached plan);
. Change of garage doors to a 16 panel type (as depicted on the
attached plan); and
. Addition of a privacy wall and gate (as depicted on tha attached
plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 2/6/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division
permit application, subject to the following conditions
