In response to your request dated April 23, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Elevation changes to Townhome Buildings 3, 4 and 6 (as depicted
on the attached plan) ,
. The elevation changes include
Oval window changed to single-hung
Privacy wall and gate added
Wood columns changed to aluminum
Bracked roof over front door
Bracked roof over 2nd floor side bay window
Garage door changed to 16 panel style
Addition of four cluster attic vents
Triple window changed to two separate windows
Decorative wall added
Elimination of the raised roof
( all as depicted on the attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 4/26/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Si te Plan Review This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application
