In response to your request dated May 28, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
· Elevation changes to Townhome Buildings 2, 3, 4 and 5 (as
depicted on the attached plan);
. The elevation changes include
Privacy wall and gate added to Building 2
Units reversed due to Building Code in Buildings 2, 4, & 5
Swing door added due to Egress Code in Buildings 2, 3, 4, & 5
(all as depicted on the attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 5/28/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
