In response to your requests dated June 4-11, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Elevation changes to Townhome Buildings 6, 7, 8, 14 and 15 (as
depicted on the attached plan);
. The elevation changes include
Privacy wall and gate added to Buildings 7, 8, 14, & 15
Units reversed due to Building Code in Buildings 6, 7, & 15
Swing door added due to Egress Code in Buildings 6, 7, 8, & 15
Wood columns changed to aluminum in Buildings 7, 8, 14, & 15
Bracked roof over front door in Buildings 7, 8, 14, & 15
Bracked roof over 2nd floor side bay window in Buildings 7, 8,
14, & 15
Garage door changed to 16 panel style in Buildings 7, 8, 14, &
15
Addition of four cluster attic vents in Buildings 7, 8, 14, &
15
Triple window changed to two separate windows in Buildings 7,
14, & 15
Decorative wall added in Buildings 7, 8, 14, & 15
Elimination of the raised roof in Building 8
Elimination of balcony support columns in Buildings 7, 8, 14,
& 15
Quatrefoil window changed to single window in Building 7
Model type changed to match floorplan in Building 7
Addition of low privacy wall in Buildings 7, 8, 14, & 15
(all as depicted on the attached plan)

Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 6/7/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
