administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to

Window configuration changed to match floor plan (plan date
stamped August 2, 2004)

date stamped 6/23/04 and 8/2/04 are "minor" as defined within the
Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
