In response to your requests dated June 25 & 30, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Elevation changes to Townhome Buildings 9 and 10 (as depicted on
the attached plan) i
. The elevation changes include
Privacy wall and gate added to Buildings 9 & 10
Units reversed due to Building Code in Building 9
Swing door added due to Egress Code in Buildings 9 & 10
Wood columns changed to aluminum in Buildings 9 & 10
Bracked roof over front door in Buildings 9 & 10
Bracked roof over 200 floor side bay window in Buildings 9 & 10
Garage door changed to 16 panel style in Buildings 9 & 10
Addition of four cluster attic vents in Buildings 9 & 10
Triple window changed to two separate windows in Building 9
Privacy wall added in Building 9 & 10
Elimination of balcony support columns in Buildings 9 & 10
Double window changed to single in Buildings 9 & 10
Oval window changed to single in Building 9
Correction to side elevations in Building 10
(all as depicted on the attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 6/28/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
