In response to your requests dated July 8, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Elevation changes to Townhome Buildings 1, 11, 16, 17, 18 and 19
(as depicted on the attached plan) ;
. The elevation changes include
Privacy wall and gate added to all Buildings
Units reversed due to Building Code in Buildings 1, 11, 17 &
18
Swing door added due to Egress Code in all Buildings
Wood columns changed to aluminum in all Buildings
Bracked roof over front door in Buildings 1, 16, 18 & 19
Bracked roof over 2nd floor side bay window in all Buildings
Garage door changed to 16 panel style in all Buildings
Addition of four cluster attic vents in all Buildings
Triple window changed to two separate windows in Buildings 11,
16, 17 & 18
Privacy wall added in all Buildings
Elimination of balcony support columns in all Buildings
Double window changed to single in Buildings 18 & 19
Oval window changed to single in Building 16
Correction to side elevations in Building 19
Elimination of shutters in Building 11
Quadrofile window changed to single-hung in Building 11
Window relocated to side elevation in Building 16
Correct side elevation to match original submittal in Building
19

Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plans
date stamped 7/8/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review This
project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a
permit application
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
