2 If the scope of the project demands removal of any landscaping,
then approval of the City Forester is required prior to the
relocation/elimination of such plant material
3 Should the outdoor storage fencing be erected in the future, the
dumpster being relocated as a result of this request shall be moved

6 The Live Oak trees proposed at the area where the sliding gate is
to be installed at the parking area in the SE corner of the site
shall be increased in height so as not to conflict with the
movement of the gate

Dear Ms. Hulbert:
The CIty of Boynton Beach staffhas reVIewed the reVISIons to your plans for the above-
mentIoned project. The follOWIng comments and questIons are bemg forwarded to you for your
review and response'
1 Relocate the dumpster enclosure approxrmately 10ft. north to more closely alIgn WIth the
opening between fenced enclosures. This will allow rmproved maneuverability for SolId Waste.
2. IndIcate by note that the site dumpster enclosure shall be constructed m accordance WIth City
Standard Drawing G-4
3 Loading docks are proposed to be relocated to the southeast corner of the buildIng.
Insufficient space IS provided to accommodate tractor-trailers or smgle UnIt trucks and stIll
proVIde clear travel m the travel lanes.
4 ProvIde wntten and graphIc scales on all sheets.
5 IdentIfy boxes WltInn the clouded areas (hghts?) and IndIcate why they are beIng clouded.
6 The last Minor ModificatIon to tIns SIte plan depIcted 442 parking spaces. Your cover letter
indIcates there are 465 spaces prOVIded. Please graphIcally depIct and number, on a revised
drawing, each parkIng space.
7 Clanfy the mtent of the fencmg and gatmg of the southeast parlang lot. This parkIng area may
only be utilized for parking purposes, no outdoor storage IS allowed in reqUIred parking spaces.
8 The slIding gates cannot mterfere WIth the hedges and trees. The gates on wheels must be
able to slIde beneath the tree branches. It would appear therefore that the Live Oaks
must be increased in SIze to accommodate thIs change.
9 The relocated dumpster must be landscaped on three SIdes per code requirements.

Relocate the dumpster enclosure approXImately 10 f1. north to more closely ahgn wIth the openmg
between fenced enclosures ThIS wIll allow Improved maneuverabihty for Sohd Waste
We respectfidly request the dumps/er remain as shown on our plans The fencing shown
on the approved site plan is the 1MAXIMUA-1 amount offencing/outdoor storage proposed
for this building We have not enclosed the areas behind the building as we had
indicated might be possible, and therefore, there is no need to align fenced openings
for improved maneuverability for Solid Waste. Further due to construction schedules
the dumpster/parking areas have been paved per our proposed plan.

IndIcate by note that the SIte dumpster enclosure shall be constructed m accordance wIth CIty
Standard Drawmg G-4
So indicated on Plan.
Loadmg docks are proposed to be relocated to the southeast comer of the bUIldmg. InsuffiCIent
space IS proVIded to accommodate tractor-trailers or smgle umt trucks and still prOVIde clear travel
m the travel lanes.
Loading docks - in the typical sense - are NOT proposed in this area. The proposed
dock is a van-height dock (approximately 18 above ground) not the typical tractor-
trailer height dock (i.e. 4 feet) The leasee, American Gale, has indicated that this area
will be used by vans and not by trucks (see attached letter Fom leasee, American
Gale) therefore there is sufficient space to alloH for vehicular traffic in the travel drive,
as well as provide sufficient clearance to the drive 'vvhen vans are parked in this area.

PrOVIde wntten and graphIC scales on \ill sheets.
So indicated on Plan.

IdentIfy boxes wlthm the clouded areas-(hghts?) and mdlcate why they are bemg clouded.
We mistakenly clouded prior client revisions The Plan has been revised to cloud only
those revisions being requested for approval.
