Dear Mr Jordan
In response to your request dated June 4, 2004 for the
administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Installation of a 20'x 20' rust colored vinyl awning over steel
frame structure at the northwest corner of the property, in the
parking lot behind the building (as depicted on the attached
drawing)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised plan
date stamped 06/10/04 are "minor" as defined within the Land
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 - Site Plan Review This project
may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit
application, subject to the following conditions
1 The awning can be installed no closer than 20 feet from the west
property line, which will require the structure to be relocated a
least one more parking space to the east than is depicted on the
drawing
2 Any tree trimming to accommodate the awning's placement must be
coordinated with the City Forester
3 The awning must meet all Building and Fire Department codes
Be advised that the proposed changes may require a modification to
