Re. 2900 High Ridge Road
Dear Mr Rumpf,
We are acting as agent for Marc Fender, owner of the above captioned property m requesting a minor site
plan change. We have attached a copy of an existing survey and the proposed site plan for your review We
would like to add an ingress! egress on the south side of the property to Industrial Way The parking area
would be enlarged to the east, and additional parking spaces would be added. The following is list of
changes that would be made.
1 Currently there are fifty-seven parking spaces that are required and that are provided. We would
increase the total number of spaces to ninety-one.
2 Landscaping would be added to the parking area as well as around the building to meet current
codes.
3 The existing building will be painted and the whole area spruced up
The amount of employees employed by the tenants in the building is still below the forty employees
allowed when the fifty-seven parking spaces were granted by Zoning Appeals Case #225 in 1996 A copy
of the 'Order Granting Relief" is also attached.
We believe this request meets the criteria set forth by the City's zonmg reqUirements. We request that you
review this application to determine if we are eligible for this minor site plan revision.
Respectfully submitted,
