administrative review and approval of the modifications proposed to
the above-referenced approved site plan, depicting the following
. Modifications to storefront doors to install sliding entry doors
(as depicted on the attached plan)
. Modification of entry walk to tenant entrance (as depicted on
the attached plan)
Please be informed that the proposed changes on the revised
date stamped 7/28/06 are "minor" as defined within the
Development Regulations, Chapter 4 Site Plan Review

We are officially requesting approval on a minor site plan modification for Premier Gateway
Center @ Quantum Building #3 We have a tenant named Gemaire that wants to change the
glass storefront doors from typical outswinging to a sliding storefront door system The details will
be on the plans submitted with this request for approval The Gemaire job has been submitted to
the building dept. and assigned this permit # 06-3211 The tenant address will be 3422 Quantum
Blvd
